Overall, the facilities were good and the consultation was satisfying, but I clearly came here for a custom implant procedure, and the doctor suddenly said he wouldn't use that and shut it down. It was ridiculous, but somehow the detailedness made it okay. The manager was very kind and gave off a strong friend-like feeling. If they had used the custom implant, I would have chosen them, which is disappointing.
