I was reluctant to get silicone and things like that, so I only had nasal alar reduction. At the time I was fairly satisfied, but if you're going to do it anyway, it seems better to use silicone properly too. It did look natural, but the surgery itself has limits. The doctor who was there at the time doesn't seem to be there anymore.
