First of all, the wait was way too long. I had expected that part, but the consultation itself felt like they just threw out questions and I only got brief answers back. It was good that they told the truth without exaggeration, but I strongly felt a lack of sincerity, like "We have lots of customers besides you." They said it would cost a lot because it was a revision surgery. I had already visited many other hospitals before going there last, so I roughly knew the average price. The price gap was much bigger than at other places, so I had already decided not to do it, and then they started trying to lower the price. On the way there, they even contacted me and said they had discussed it with the doctor (the one with droopy eyes; I can't remember the name) and could match that price... But by then I was already turned off by the attitudes of the doctor and the manager, so I had surgery somewhere else. For reference, I'm the type who thinks that even if the service is bad, it's fine as long as the surgery is good. But before I could even have the surgery, they only kept saying negative things like it would come undone, or it would sag when I got older, so I decided not to do it :)
