The counselor was extremely kind! They spoke gently too, which made me feel at ease. But maybe because the hospital was busy with an event, it seemed hard to give much individual attention to each patient. That made me a little uneasy, but I decided to trust them and go ahead with the surgery. One more thing I was disappointed about was the long waiting time!
