First of all, the doctor looked so tired.. He kept asking whether I had any questions and it felt like he was just trying to wrap it up quickly? So there were some things I couldn’t even ask. But the consultation manager understood my face well, was very kind, and explained things so well that I was grateful. Still, the manager isn’t the one doing the surgery..
