The manager is incredibly kind. She created an atmosphere where I could talk comfortably. But I can't really trust overly positive talk like "there wasn't a single person with side effects".. It also made me question things that the surgical method was explained in more detail than the director explained it. The director looked extremely tired and started the consultation in a very low-energy mood. It felt like it took less than 10 minutes. They definitely have their own style. They did not seem very interested in my preferences.. When I asked, they answered as if it were annoying. They even scolded me a little for why I didn't want silicone(?).. And then suddenly asked if I had no plans to get my eyes done, which caught me off guard. Aftercare seems minimal. One laser session two weeks later.
