Because of the result I didn't like from my first surgery, I went in for a consultation about a revision surgery, and after the director looked at my nose, I was glad they explained exactly why this problem happened and how it could be fixed. What was disappointing, though, was that the manager's consultation felt a little burdensome to me.. Other than that, I was satisfied with the director's thorough and kind consultation!
