There was a bit of a wait for consultation... They explained that since surgery patients are prioritized, it takes a while to see the director, but even though I went at opening time, I waited about an hour. I’m not sure the front desk was that friendly, but the coordinator was kind and showed me various before-and-after photos. The director is also a bit blunt, and maybe because he has so many surgeries he looked a little tired, but he clearly said from the photos whether something could or couldn’t be done. Overall I didn’t love everything, but I think there’s merit in terms of design and experience, so I’m still thinking about it.
