The hospital facilities are clean and the staff are kind, but the manager I consulted with tends to exaggerate, so my trust dropped before I even met the doctor. Even though my dorsal hump was not severe, they said it was extremely severe, and they said I had a very bulbous nose, so even though they're not a medical professional and it's natural that their medical knowledge is limited, it felt unpleasant because it seemed like they were exaggerating things to push me into surgery. The doctor seemed very tired, but when I asked questions, they answered everything kindly enough without looking annoyed. They also said they'd do a revision if there were problems within a year, and for the nose consultation they even did a CT scan to see my condition accurately. So compared with places that don't do that, it's more trustworthy, but the price is far too high compared with other hospitals, so I'm still thinking about it.
