The moment I walked in, the very neat interior gave the impression that it was professional. What stood out most was the consultation manager, who explained the surgical methods, cartilage use, and aftercare more thoroughly than the consultation managers at other hospitals. What left an impression was that instead of a pushy attitude to make me book, they were very kind and tried to fit my situation as much as possible. The director looked tired, and rather than the design I wanted, he spoke as if I had to do this and that according to the style he preferred. I liked the atmosphere of the hospital and the post-op care, but the surgical options the director suggested were options I had not considered, so I don't think I'll have surgery here.
