The manager was good, and the doctor was also decent. But neither of them was super kind, and they were a bit cynical. I liked the reviews and the nose line the doctor designed for me, but I asked what if a line formed because of the gap between my glabella and the silicone, and the answer was, "Well, there's nothing that can be done about that." That stuck with me... I don't know if they'd handle side effects the same way, but they seem skilled.
