I was worried a lot about whether nose filler would spread, but I went ahead trusting the doctor's words that if you use a good filler in the proper amount, it will absolutely not spread. I only did 0.4 cc without being greedy, but even that made it look like I put in 1 cc. If I had done too much, it would have looked overdone and swollen, but because I didn't get greedy, it became naturally pretty.
