I arrived about 10 minutes late, and since the doctor had to go into surgery, I ended up waiting a little over an hour. This was my first consultation here, and I liked that they explained everything in such detail and with such kindness. I had been deciding between semi-out and in-out, and they firmly recommended against semi-out, which made me trust them more. I consulted in the order manager-doctor-manager, and both managers were kind, but when I said at the end that I would not make a surgery reservation, they did ask quite persistently why.
