I had lower blepharoplasty with Director Lee Jung-min. The consultation was not very long, but I asked everything I was curious about, so it was not a disappointing amount of time. The manager who handled me was good at responding, but seemed a bit lacking in surgical knowledge. One disappointing thing was that the coordinators at the front desk were too noisy. They were talking about private things, and from the perspective of a patient waiting there, I was at the point of wondering, do I really have to listen to this? and that was the kind of volume and content it was.
