If you proceed with double eyelid surgery + the incisional method, the line on the back side ends up being too high, so if you want it much lower, I’d recommend a double incision. The scar right now isn’t that dark. It’s not easy to extend the incision all the way to the back / Basically, think of it as a double-line incision, only the front is incised. I don’t especially like the review photos the hospital shows. Somehow I’m just not drawn to it.. I don’t think I’ll do it here.
