I had a consultation with Director Shim. He seemed to speak honestly. He doesn't seem super high-energy, but he seems like the meticulous type. The consultation manager also responded in a standard, proper way without being noticeably lacking or off-putting. The consultation didn't feel especially burdensome. But like other places, the wait was a bit long.
