The waiting time was ridiculously long. They made me wait 3 hours. There was even a customer who got angry, but by the time I left, I was the one who was angry. I wanted to at least have a consultation with the director since I had already waited so long, but a hospital that is this disorganized from the consultation stage has no credibility, so I left. If I had come all the way from the provinces, I really... would have had nothing to say.
