Even though I had made a reservation and went there, I still had to wait about an hour. The hospital was bigger than I expected. The director looked tired, probably because it was right after surgery, but he went over the line several times and I liked that he recommended only the minimum necessary surgery. The surgery cost seems more expensive than I expected.
