Honestly, when I first made the phone reservation, the person who answered sounded really annoyed, so I felt bad. But after visiting, before waiting to see the surgeon, the clinic director kindly consulted with me, and I also got to meet the surgeon, so I think the consultation went well. Overall, they were friendly, and they say not to touch anything unnecessary.
