Actually, I didn't get to see the doctor, so I only gave it three stars... I went there, and first of all the front desk staff seemed completely unmotivated, and it was the manager who did the consultation... But I said I could wait for the director, and she kept trying to stop me, saying there was already another consultation before mine and the director tends to spend a long time with each patient, so I would have to wait way too long. It felt weird, like she was discouraging me the whole time. In the end, I only met with the manager, and without even looking at my eye shape, they said I would need an incision method and that it would cost in the high 2 million won range. Well... eight different places had already told me I was a suitable candidate for the non-incision method... There was just no professionalism at all.
