First of all, the hospital atmosphere felt a bit chaotic.. And I had a consultation with the manager first, and it was the worst place I have ever consulted at. The desk in the consultation room was cluttered and messy with unnecessary papers and items piled up everywhere, which was distracting. The woman called the manager kept wearing an uncomfortable expression throughout the consultation, and the way she spoke to the patient felt disrespectful, so it was really unpleasant and unfriendly. On the other hand, the director was extremely kind. He explained everything I asked about in detail, which helped a lot. I was very satisfied with the director's consultation haha, but the rest was really disappointing..
