I had one consultation because of cheekbone surgery, and at least during the consultation, they seemed to make an effort to create a very comfortable atmosphere. Thanks to that, I remember having the consultation in a relaxed setting. However, I remember the wait being quite long. They said that even if I paid entirely in cash, there would be almost no discount.
