The clinic interior was clean, and I had my nostril reduction consultation with the director right on time. The director and the manager both had none of that typical commercial plastic-surgery vibe. They were easygoing, and even when I asked awkward questions about other procedures I had heard about at other clinics, they answered without even a hint of irritation. Looking back, I felt a little sorry lol. There was absolutely none of that feeling of being rushed, annoyed, tired, or ignored like with other directors, so it was a pleasant consultation. However, they are not the type to explain the basics of the procedure or side effects first. You have to go in already informed and prepare your questions yourself. They answer sincerely and well, but they are not the type to bring things up on their own... They can do sedation anesthesia, but I heard they use local anesthesia and then make you sit up midway for a checkpoint so you can decide whether to make further incisions, which made me feel reassured that I would not end up upset by the results later on. Actually, that part also seems like a huge advantage, but they did not explain that either... I only figured it out through my own searching lol. They do not push for reviews at all, and there is no consultation fee, so I wondered how they could be so uninterested in money. I have seen clinics that are very defensive about side effects, and if things went wrong there I felt like I would really just be dropped. Here, they said they would do their best for post-op care, which made me feel even more reassured. It seems like they mostly focus on nostril reduction, which I also liked. I am still deciding, but if I do have surgery, I think I would do it here.
