I had a consultation a month ago, and after starting here I went around to other hospitals for consultations and then came back here to get alar reduction. It was my first cosmetic surgery, so the consultation itself was new to me, and the other hospitals smelled way too much like they were chasing money, like if a side effect happened they would skillfully look away, but this place didn't have that money smell. Even now I wonder how they make money... People say all the reviews are written voluntarily, and I'm writing this voluntarily too haha The consultation director seemed like she hadn't had any cosmetic work done at all, and the doctor was completely safety-first, focusing the surgery mainly on the alar and the tip of the nose, and seemed to mainly do dermatology. Still, he is a board-certified plastic surgeon. I chose here because he didn't seem pushy, boastful, or dismissive of customers. Since they said scars would inevitably remain, I understood. The originally recommended incision length seemed to me like it would make the nose look too narrow, so I had the incision made 1.5-2 mm shorter than that... After some time passed, I did think I should have cut a little more from there, lol, but anyway it was done under local anesthesia so I could check in the middle, and even that alone was so moving that I said I would stop there haha Deciding within about a minute was a bit of a mind scramble, but they did fully match my needs. When taking before-and-after photos, they said those are for seeing the change, not for promoting the clinic. They prepared all sorts of things for me and told me to wipe off the blood scabs, but from the first day until the stitches were removed, I never got a single blood scab... Because it was an internal incision, the stitches weren't very noticeable either, so I just ate out and walked around outside. The pain was only a numb, tingling feeling for 2-3 days, not really painful at all. On the day the stitches were removed a week later, the scar line was quite red, but after about two days even that became hard to notice. They really do seem good at surgery. I'm very satisfied. I get why everyone goes out of their way to promote them... They work quietly and well lol
