Consultation proceeded in the order: consultation manager -> director -> consultation manager. I was worried I'd be turned down because I had specific materials and a specific surgical method in mind, but they tried their best to match what I wanted. The director explained things very realistically. What left the biggest impression was my consultation with the consultation manager, who gave detailed explanations about the things I was worried about, and the price also came out similar to what I had expected, so overall it was a satisfying consultation.
