Two years ago I had secondary canthoplasty at the outer and lower corners and revision double eyelid surgery by incision. I did see the effect from the outer and lower canthoplasty, but now I want a bit more widening. Back then I asked them to open it as much as possible, but it seems to have risen a little again compared to how it first looked. The director is cool and not extremely friendly, but he has strong confidence and explained the surgery method in detail.
