When I went for the consultation, the director finished very quickly. They said it would get better if I had it done, and when I said I wanted the outer corner of my eyes to go down and the back part to open up a lot, they said, without much explanation, that they couldn’t open it too much, but would open it as much as they could from my eye shape. I had once had a lateral canthoplasty that later re-adhered, so I was very sensitive about it sticking back together, and I focused on that when asking questions. It has been 4 years now and it’s still the same, and my eyes look longer. I wasn’t even thinking about scars, but fortunately there aren’t any. I’m satisfied with the surgery.
