First, since I had a CT scan before the consultation, the consultation was definitely more detailed. The director also explained everything carefully and even pointed out the shape of my nose while talking, which I liked. But the facial expression of the desk staff who dealt with me was extremely blank, with a slight undercurrent of rudeness... It didn’t bother me much, but if you’re sensitive, it might hurt a bit lol. The consultation manager was really kind!
