The staff were kind, but the wait was way too long. When I came out, almost two hours had passed. The director didn't push unnecessary treatments and only recommended the parts they truly thought were needed, which I liked. They were a bit stern, so they might seem a little scary, but they explained things well and were kind. Other than the long wait, I was satisfied with everything. I still need to think about it a bit more, but if I do it, I'll probably do it here.
