Treatment for nerve damage disability after implant removal. I am taking medication. It has already been several years that I have been bedridden with pain. I also asked for my medical record, but when they asked what they should write, I was at a loss for words.. The paper they wrote four lines on was not a medical record, so it was not helpful at all after the surgery.
