Normally in plastic surgery consultations, the doctor consults first and the manager later explains the price and other details, but here the manager just recommended a double eyelid line and other surgeries. I also felt like they were pushing other surgeries as much as possible to make more money. The doctor only drew the line the manager recommended, didn't draw any other line, and it was obvious they were doing things carelessly.
