The doctor was kind, explained things calmly, and was quick and sharp in analysis. However, the consultation manager who handled me was a bit disappointing. I understand that from the hospital's perspective, questions about CCTV or aftercare might be burdensome, but they answered in very curt, clipped one-line responses. I felt communication would be difficult when I needed it later too. Definitely didn't feel like someone who really gets things done well.
