This was the first place where, after visiting several clinics, they told me I didn't need alar reduction, so I had a bit of trust in them. They said there was no need to use autologous costal cartilage yet and recommended donor rib cartilage instead, which left me a little flustered and confused... It was a consultation that made me want to use donor rib cartilage if I do go ahead ㅠㅠ
