On the day I went for the consultation, it was disappointing that they spent over 10 minutes on CT alone, whether there was a problem with the CT or whether they were inexperienced, and the wait was somewhat long, but they were very kind. The director was also the most detailed of the places I had consulted, and explained my nose condition in the easiest way to understand. However, the surgery feels excessive, and the cost difference is quite large, so going ahead with surgery is difficult..
