They explained things while looking at the CT scan.~ The consultation was not that long, but they explained structural aspects in an easy-to-understand way! They told me which parts I could choose and also explained the pros and cons of those options. I liked that they did not pressure me into surgery, and overall the atmosphere was comfortable, which I appreciated!
