The hospital atmosphere itself was very clean, with an interior that really increased my trust. Some of the staff were kind, but there were also a few who looked a bit stale and worn out. After the consultation with the director, I had a consultation with the doctor. At other hospitals, I had been dissatisfied because they would sometimes not explain things sufficiently and just tell me to ask whatever I was curious about. But here, the doctor explained the basic points well first, and answered my questions kindly without acting annoyed, so I felt a sense of trust. The manager was very kind. It wasn’t cheap, but aftercare felt like a strong advantage, and I could see policies that showed the doctor’s sense of responsibility. I also liked that the price was the same whether paying cash or by card.
