Everyone at the front desk and the consultant were kind, and although the wait was long, they came over in the middle to say they'd be out soon and asked me to wait a little longer, which made me feel like they were paying attention. The consultant explained everything in a detailed and considerate way, so it was easy to listen, and there was no pressure. I had a consultation with Dr. ㅅㅈㅎ, and he looked a little tired, but he didn't speak fast and had a deep voice, so I could hear the explanation well. He drew diagrams and explained the methods and materials, and answered questions well. He recommended donated costal cartilage, so I'm torn, but he said it would still be possible without it. According to the consultant, they only do two surgeries a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The price is also relatively cheap compared with other hospitals.
