I had a consultation with Dr. ㅅㅈㅎ about a bulbous nose and short nose! He said the septum couldn’t be used, so he would use costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and 4.5 of silicone, and I liked that he recommended only what was necessary. I think the big advantages are that they can remove the packing the very next day and there’s no extra CCTV fee. It didn’t feel like a consultation that carefully weighed the overall balance. The manager was kind, which I liked, and the price was not bad compared to other places, so I think I’ll probably go here.
