I went for a consultation because I liked the line. From the reviews, everyone said the waiting time was extremely long, so I was a bit worried I might miss my next consultation slot, but maybe because it wasn't peak season yet, I didn't have to wait long. Both the director and the manager were generally nice. They answered everything I asked and explained what could and couldn't be done well.
