I’m stating that this is my personal experience. I had my nose done by the chief director here about 4 years ago, and now, just by looking at the nose tip or nose shape, you can see it when you look at the review photos. It feels like they make the same identical shape every time. After the surgery here, the nose tip has a pointed feeling, the cartilage on the tip is visible, it stands out, and it was pinched; I am now running around looking for somewhere to get a revision I begged and begged for naturalness and told them repeatedly not to overdo it, but looking back, I think they just can only do one kind of shape. They put in a thin silicone bridge, and they used silicone along the bridge and quite far down toward the nose tip, all the way up to before the tip. After going to consultations, I do not think this person has the skill level of a surgeon among the many plastic surgeons out there. They said they left the slight hump on the nose mostly as it was, but I think even that was taken down a little on the CT, and when I got my medical records this time, they subtly acted annoyed and said they absolutely could not give them to me that day. The way they treat people felt unfriendly enough to hover right on the edge before I exploded, and even the staff there did not really seem like naturally kind people to begin with, but right now my problem is the shape of my nose. If a functional complication had happened and they had taken such a lukewarm, bothered attitude, I might have flipped out and exploded. I think the way they deal with customers is dangerous. Please improve how you treat customers. And the medical record they wrote was also looked at by doctors at other hospitals, and they said they had never seen a medical record written so roughly, for 3 minutes straight. Anyway, now that I have had one surgery, I can see a lot of things I could not see before. Not everyone who gets surgery here will end up like me, but honestly and coldly, I do not think the skill is outstanding at all. Since it was 4 years ago, maybe they have improved and gotten better by now? Well, who knows? I can still see it now when I look. The review photos all have very similar nose tips and nose shapes. Even now, if I look at the still photos in a place without harsh lighting, the side angle is not terribly strange. But if there is even a little light, or if you see it in video, it just looks pinched and obvious, and from the lower angle or side, anyone can tell I had nose surgery and it is overdone. Either way, a nose that is going to turn out well will turn out well at any clinic, so think carefully about whether your nose is that kind of nose. Everyone, please be careful with nose surgery, and if you have an ordinary nose, not getting surgery at all is also a wise choice~
