The director was kind during the consultation and explained how to improve my current nose. There was a discussion about nostril reduction during the consultation, and when I said I was worried about scars, he said if I was worried, then not doing it was the right choice. And although osteotomy might look a little big externally, it wasn’t actually large on the CT, so he didn’t recommend it. I felt like he doesn’t do excessive treatment.
