I had a humped nose plus a wide nose, and they recommended osteotomy and inserting silicone, saying it could not be done without it. They also recommended paranasal augmentation! It was just average, not bad. The price was not too expensive, and everyone was friendly haha But the surgical method did not seem to fit me, so I did not choose it I want to do it without an implant, and another hospital said that would be possible!
