Because of a surgery delay, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes longer than my appointment time and then had a consultation with Director Shim. Just like the review posts said, he looked tired, but when answering questions he was kind and even drew pictures to explain things well. The manager was kind too, and he brought up on his own that you can also watch the CCTV.
