The coordinator was also kind, and especially the directors seemed to give more specialized consultations than other hospitals, which drew me in. Director Park Sun-hee seemed to know exactly what level would look pretty on the patient's eyes without over-treating, so I felt trust throughout the consultation. Director Shim Jung-hwan looked very tired throughout the consultation, but he kindly answered everything I asked and tried to reflect what the patient wanted as much as possible.
