Even if I made a reservation and went, I kept having to wait, so I waited an hour and a half just to see the director. It goes staff director staff, and the director is far from kind. When I ask a question, they answer with a tone that feels like, why are you even asking this? It feels like they have their own preferred line. The consultation time was short, and there was nothing particularly memorable.
