I went to consult with Director ㅅㅅㅈ, and first of all, he said donor rib cartilage is almost mandatory and told me not to have the surgery if I wasn't going to use silicone.. I said I wanted something natural, but he said that with septal cartilage or ear cartilage, it wouldn't even look like I had surgery. For himself, the bridge of the nose is lower than the tip. I went on introductions from acquaintances, and he recommended silicone to everyone. He also recommended donor rib cartilage to everyone, but that's optional. For someone claiming to pursue a natural look, it leans more toward a refined or flashy style. It seemed likely he would operate according to the shape he wants rather than the shape I want (all the result photos look similar). Other hospitals say silicone might not be necessary, so I'm torn. It's a place known for tip cartilage visibility and nose bending, but my acquaintances haven't had those side effects yet. For a bulbous nose, septum, short nose, and so on, the base price is 1.8 million, and they add 500,000 for each of those. Donor rib cartilage is 800,000 to 880,000. Autologous rib cartilage is said to cost 1.5 million more. My acquaintances all said it was okay, so I left a deposit of 200,000 for now, but if I go around other hospitals and everyone says not to use silicone, I'll give up the deposit ㅠ + I lost the deposit and canceled the surgery. Reasons 1. The director insisted that his own technique only works well if rib cartilage is definitely used. 2. The nose would be basically factory-made, in the pretty line that he thinks suits the face, not the shape I want (all the reviews look the same). 3. The director seemed way too angry during the consultation.. he kept getting frustrated every time I asked a question ㅠㅋㅋ 4. My surgery day was supposed to be the last slot of the day, but he said he'd use a personal connection to fit me into a final slot that wasn't originally available. That would be 7 p.m., and before that he said there would be 1 case in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I would be the 4th. 5. I have to post 3 times each on two apps, Gangnam Unni and Babitalk, for a total of 6 posts. 6. The day before surgery, when I told the manager I was still thinking it over and might cancel the reservation, she reacted like, who would even cancel a same-day reservation, and insisted absolutely not.. She said the deposit was basically a penalty fee, and since I was a middle slot, it wasn't like they lost another person they could have taken. Since it was originally a last slot they don't usually take anyway, I asked what the problem was, and they kept saying they have their own schedule and unless I'm sick, same-day cancellation is hardㅎㅎ It was just going in circles, so I canceled. I wanted a naturally round nose that isn't very high, and I should have known from the moment they said if it were like that then I shouldn't do it. + Also, they recommended rib cartilage, silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage to all of my acquaintances even though all our noses are different
