The manager was kind, and as far as I remember there wasn't any pressure to pay a deposit. The director was the calmest and kindest person I've met ㅎㅎ The photos they showed me were okay in terms of shape too.. But I didn't want nose surgery, and they said I had to include rhinitis surgery too, so that part was bothering me. Overall, there wasn't much waiting and it was good! Not Seo, but Director Shim.
