They advertise it as a semi-permanent discount, but once you add this and that, the price goes up to three times as much. I was told they could not do it at the discounted price because I did not have enough eyebrow hair. And it was really hard to even book a touch-up, but I had to wait two hours past my appointment time before getting the procedure... The eyebrows are not too bad in their own way, but they thinned out quickly
