A friend had it done and it turned out pretty, so I got a recommendation and went there. The consultation was just okay, but the person who did the semi-permanent procedure was super kind. I have quite a lot of eyebrow hair, and when they tidied it up and shaped it, they explained everything in detail. Since it was done by a person and not a machine, the two sides ended up a little uneven. When I mentioned it at the touch-up, they corrected it again. I went because of a recommendation, but I was really worried. It turned out well, and people around me also asked and went there to get it done.
