I had a consultation appointment at 5 p.m. and went there. After waiting about 40 minutes in the lobby, I went into the consultation room. The manager or staff member said the director would come in soon and asked me to wait. I waited inside for another 30 minutes. Then a staff member came in and said there was surgery, so I would have to wait another hour. I couldn’t understand why they scheduled the consultation for 5 p.m. if that was going to happen, and I got angry as the delays kept piling up, so I just canceled the consultation and left.
